THE LAYING 1) The ET 1000 roof rafter is secured directly to the edge of roofing sheets. 2) Fix the ET 1000 roof rafter at wave crest, then bend it to angle A to match roof pitch slope. 3) Fix the PVC bracket to the roof rafter so that you can adjust the distance of the gutter from the roofing sheet. 1) The galvanised and painted metal double bracket has the same installation characteristics as shown in the picture in the upper part of page 20. 2) A double bracket consists of two pieces: the support bracket (bottom) and the tie-rod element (top). Start by fixing the support bracket to the roof bending it to angle A to match roof pitch slope. 3) Place the gutter into the support bracket, hook the tie-rod into slot C and fix it to the roof to lock the gutter. MOUNTING THE “ST1000” TOP FIXING RAFTERS MOUNTING THE “ET1000” ROOF RAFTER ASSEMBLING THE DOUBLE GALVANISED BRACKET ASSEMBLING THE GALVANISED BRACKET 1) After mounting the ST 1000 metal top fixing rafters to the roof, bend them to angle A to match roof pitch slope and install the PVC brackets. 2) The height of the PVC bracket (position P) can be adjusted along the metal rafter slot. Secure PVC brackets along the gutter line so that the GUTTER CHANNELl difference in height is minimum 1 cm every 3 metres. 3) Install metal top fixing rafters starting from the roof outer edge, the first one after 30 cm and the others 50 cm from one another. 1) The galvanised and painted metal bracket has the same installation characteristics as shown in the picture in the upper part of page 20. 2) After mounting the metal bracket to the roof, bend it to angle A to match roof pitch slope. 3) Mount the GUTTER CHANNELl by inserting it under the metal bracket inner seat (B) and then slightly turn it to drive the curl rim into the metal bracket outer seat (C) to lock the gutter.
